Eight Shared Ownership Villas are fully furnished and designed with the high end decor reflected in today's most upscale ranches. Each Villa includes private owners' closets and a four seater golf cart with both interior and exterior areas maintained by Big Easy Ranch.
Villa ownership allows for approximately 6 1/2 weeks annually for 1/8 interest and 13 weeks for 1/4 interest with the option to return unused weeks to Big Easy Ranch and included in the Member rental pool. Villas will not be offered to non-members or third party reservations.
The BLUEBONNET FLOOR PLAN boasts 3,900 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, study/flex room, bunk room and outdoor living space, starting at $450,000.
The LANTANA FLOOR PLAN boasts 3,200 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and outdoor living space, starting at $400,000.
Villa ownership requires either a Ranch or Legacy Membership with access to the many sport and recreation, hunting and golf amenities including The Covey, the new 18-hole championship golf course. Members and their invited guests have access to overnight lodging, whitetail and exotic hunts and wingshooting at the published fees.
